WHAT IS NEXGEN INSTITUTE? This will be an active learning environment with discussions, case assessment, and hands-on learning exercises to develop and enhance supervisory skills. Participants learn about their own leadership behaviors, how those impact others, and best practices for supervising and leading others.   • Understand various approaches to motivating others and learn how to implement them effectively in different situations. Identify best practices for empowering individuals to boost productivity, while also reviewing different personality types and how they influence motivation needs.

 

Shaping Organizational Culture 

  • Identify your core values and recognize how they shape and influence the organizational culture. Learn to establish a constructive climate that promotes efficiency, effectiveness, and enjoyment, while also developing influence and persuasion skills to enhance leadership impact.
