Dr. Adrian James, founder of At The Core, LLC, is an expert in leadership and supervisory skill development. Driven by a passion for boosting productivity and enhancing overall enjoyment in both work and life, she is dedicated to digging deep to uncover the root causes of challenges. Through this approach, she fosters meaningful growth and development at every level. 

Adrian has nearly 20 years of instructional and leadership experience. With a deep commitment to nurturing strong, collaborative teams, she brings an authentic, empathetic approach to leadership—always putting people first while ensuring that goals are met with precision. Striking a balance between compassion and accountability, she is known for cultivating environments where individuals feel valued, heard, and motivated to perform at their best. She empowers others to achieve excellence while maintaining a culture of trust and respect.
